Our office had a pipe burst on February 5th and needed to leave our office until it can be rebuilt.

WE HAVE OFFICIALLY MOVED!!!
This is the 2nd floor. The office door is across from the ladies room. We are fully operational!

Apparently there is some confusion on Leah’s Schedule. On Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday you go to 1350 Belmont Street Suite 108B!!!

Saturday, Sunday and Monday appointments with Leah you will be at her home. Closer to your appointment you will get the address!

Note from Leah:

Apparently I have been told I am down playing what happened two weeks ago to my office. My office didn't just have a pipe burst with a little bit of water covering my office and the building. My building had a sprinkler burst and and ran for an unlimited amout of time causing the 1st and 2nd floor of my office building to be condemned for the time being so Servpro can remove all the walls, floors, ceiling and every square inch of 1st floor and part of the 2nd floor. I can only speak for me as a condo owner of my office space, I lost over 75% of my work supplies, equipment, and all of my father's belongings that was in the office. This was not a little water on the floor as I was down playing the severity of the whole situation.
What I did get to save was my clients files and my server so I can still work. Granted I may not be working like I normally do in my cozy office full of my sarcastic signs. BUT I did get my office up and running within 12 hours in my personal house and had every room occupied with S. J & J. Inc. except my bedroom that was the only personal space I had. I secured a new temporary office in the next building within 8 hours of finding out of the great flood of 2023.
I never skipped a beat nor did I break down. I was told I am made to handle things and I truly believe I am. I conquered anything and everything that has been thrown my way and I always rise to the occassion and make things happen.
Yesterday, I received and email stating that someone was very disappointment in me for not getting back to them or starting and finishing their taxes which was given to the office on Monday night at 7pm and we were moving to the new location the next day. I realized that maybe this person has no idea on what happened because I downplayed this flood and maybe this is on me and not them for not being so transparent on how much I truly lost and have to rebuild.
The point of this long post is S. J. & J. Inc. got hit hard on February 5th with water but we (Greg, Nenita, Linda, Katia and me) are doing the best we can with the supplies and space we have. We got knocked down but we never got knocked out. We all are ready to work but just show us a little grace in the meantime.
